   We're starting to see a large amount of computers that have been MISSdiagnosed as "DEAD". Unfortunately these computers just had minor problems and were just miss diagnosed by a Tech. 99% 0f computer problems can be diagnosed to the actual failure point. 1 out of 100 computers may have such significant problems that replacement is recommended. We have Specific Diagnostic equipment that can  pinpoint problems for each separate component.

              Be wary of a company than indicates your computer is dead but would like to sell you one of their new computers. Just like anything in life a second opinion is recommended with computer problems. Never have your computer fixed by anyone unless there certified. We've fixed what would have been a minor problem, but a backyard technician had caused major problems.

Everything on a computer should work. Never accept that a program or component won't run properly, unless accompanied with documentation from that software or hardware vendor. One company lost many years of data because there technician said a Anti-virus program was not needed.
